Evidence & practice
Grounded Service brings together embodied meditation practice, formal teacher training, and responsible engagement with contemplative science.
What evidence-informed means here
Research has helped illuminate how meditation may relate to attention, emotional regulation, compassion, stress, and well-being. Grounded Service uses that research to shape clear, credible learning experiences.
Participants learn through direct practice, reflection, and application. Programs support skills and well-being; they do not diagnose, treat, or replace mental-health care.
Research to practice
The framework moves from noticing experience to choosing how we respond. Each domain connects contemplative practice with the realities of leadership, learning, and service.
Practice lineage
Alejandro completed the Tergar Meditation Teacher Program, developed under the guidance of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. The training emphasizes clear presentation, guided meditation, welcoming discussion, deep listening, and support for each participant’s learning process.
Grounded Service is an independent practice. Tergar is a registered service mark of Tergar International.
