Practical training for

Meet the founder
Alejandro Gutierrez is a first-generation Chicano educator, executive leader, and certified Tergar meditation instructor raised in San Bernardino County.
More than twelve years of personal practice shape an approach that is calm, practical, and deeply human. His experience leading classrooms, teams, partnerships, and community-serving organizations keeps every session connected to real people and real institutional pressures.

Human by design
Sessions use secular language, invitation rather than pressure, short guided practices, conversation, and real-life application. The curriculum adapts to age, role, culture, and setting.
Evidence-informed curriculum
Grounded Service draws from contemplative practice and responsible meditation research without turning science into a promise. The curriculum supports learnable human skills and remains secular, experiential, and non-clinical.
